1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mac Media & Publishing website located at macmediapublishing.com (“Site”) and any purchases you make through it. These Terms apply to all visitors and customers (“you” or “your”).

Mac Media & Publishing reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Purchases & Payment

Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before your order is finalized.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards as well as any additional payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting your payment information, you authorize Mac Media & Publishing to charge the full amount for your order including applicable taxes and shipping.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. Please review it carefully. If there are any errors, contact us immediately at info@macmediapublishing.com — once production or fulfillment has begun, changes may not be possible.

3. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Because our books are print products — many produced to order — we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or orders placed in error.

We encourage you to review all product descriptions, previews, and details carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about a title before buying, please contact us at info@macmediapublishing.com and we will be happy to help.

The only exceptions to this policy are verified print defects or fulfillment errors on our part, as described in Section 4 below.

4. Print Defects & Fulfillment Errors

We take pride in the quality of every book we produce. If your order arrives with a verifiable manufacturing defect or if we shipped the wrong title or quantity, we will make it right.

What Qualifies

• Significant printing defects (e.g., missing pages, illegible text, severe ink issues)
• Binding defects that make the book unusable
• Wrong title or quantity shipped due to our error

What Does Not Qualify

• Minor color variations between screen display and print (this is normal in print production)
• Personal dissatisfaction with content, story, or writing style
• Damage caused during transit (see Section 5 for shipping claims)
• Orders where the wrong title or address was entered by the customer

How to Submit a Claim

Defect claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. To submit a claim:

1. Email info@macmediapublishing.com with the subject line: Print Defect Claim – Order #[Your Order Number]
2. Include clear photographs of the defect and your original order confirmation
3. We will review your claim and respond within 5 business days

Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement copy. Refunds are issued only at our sole discretion in cases where a replacement is not feasible.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping availability and rates are displayed at checkout where applicable.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only — we are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been handed off for shipping. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information. We will assist where we can but are not liable for carrier-related issues.

Mac Media & Publishing is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Intellectual Property

All books, content, images, logos, and materials available on this Site are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a book grants you a personal, non-commercial license to read and enjoy that book. It does not transfer any ownership rights or grant permission to reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from any content.

The Mac Media & Publishing name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Mac Media & Publishing. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Acceptable Site Use

By using this Site you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content or code
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity
• Scrape, copy, or harvest any content from the Site without written permission

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion if we believe these Terms have been violated.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Mac Media & Publishing makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any content or product listing on the Site.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual print colors may vary from what appears on your screen due to differences between digital display and print production.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mac Media & Publishing, its owner, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or any products purchased through it.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Harris County, Texas.

Before initiating any formal legal action, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith communication for a period of at least thirty (30) days.
