Cicely Kelly Ward has worked in public education over the past 22 years. She has served in various roles, including teacher, instructional and teacher development coach, assistant principal, and data-driven instruction specialist. Currently, she is a manager of the data-driven instruction team, where she coaches, assists, and builds data-driven instruction systems for schools and district staff to inform instructional practices. Being part of school reform and turnaround efforts for the past twelve years in a large urban school district has ignited Cicely’s passion for individual and team development. She is committed to providing high-quality professional learning for campus leadership teams, teachers, and district staff to increase student achievement and data literacy, improving school-wide systems and classroom practice, and transforming leader and teacher efficacy.
